The Wasteland Weekend Festival is a feast for fans of Mad Max, which takes place annually in the Mojave Desert in early October. Crowds come here to properly burn out the aesthetics of the wastelands — people tired of the gray everyday life can show off their costumes, appreciate the most crazy customization of cars in the world and beat each other to their heart's content under the dome of Thunder. In 2010, the crowd that came to repeat the fun had already grown to several thousand.
