Kelly completely excluded meat, poultry, fish, eggs and milk from her diet. Now she uses only vegetable products and claims that in no case will she give up a new lifestyle. I must say that it is easier to be a vegan in the USA than in our country. In this country, such a diet does not mean eating only carrots and spinach.
Manufacturers of vegan products in the West offer their consumers an excellent choice of alternative solutions, for example, vegan cheese and even ham. When Kelly posts a photo of a plate of spaghetti with cheese on Instagram, it should not be taken literally, since we are talking about gluten-free pasta in vegetable sauce, which is not easy to distinguish from a real fermented milk product by taste.
Vegetable milk and desserts that do not contain eggs and cream, as well as all kinds of products that accurately imitate meat, greatly brighten up the everyday life of American vegans. Of course, all this is not very cheap, but Kelly Osbourne can afford to look great at her 35 and not suffer from hardships and restrictions.
