A healthy lifestyle gives not only good health, but also an attractive appearance. Ainsley Loudon has changed dramatically, having given up drugs and alcohol. The girl says she could have died or gone to jail if she hadn't overcome her addiction.

A young Scottish woman has turned into a real beauty and by her example wants to inspire others to fight against destructive addictions. Read the story of her transformation further in our material.

Ainsley, 28, from Kilmarnock, Scotland, lost control after getting hooked on drugs and alcohol. The girl became depressed and tried to commit suicide several times. Fortunately, she managed to pull herself together: taking the will in her fist, she attended regular meetings of anonymous drug addicts and followed a 12-stage program to combat addiction.

Over time, Ainsley became addicted to cocaine. Since then, her life has completely gone off the rails. The girl understood that if she did not stop with drugs and alcohol, she would either go to jail or die. She chose rehabilitation.

Ainsley used to wake up thinking about death all the time. Now she is grateful for every day she has lived.

The Scotswoman wants other people to get the same help as she does. The girl thanks the Society of Anonymous Drug Addicts for their support on the way to recovery.
