1. Stretch.
Your body has been in a lying position for several hours, let it wake up, and the blood will disperse throughout the body.

2. Write it down.

3. Drink something hot.

You don't have to be a Tibetan monk to do this. Set a timer for 5 minutes, sit down, close your eyes and focus on your breath - watch your inhales and exhales. If thoughts begin to "walk", try to direct them only to breathing. Repeat over and over.

7. Dance.
Turn on your favorite music and dance while you get ready for work.

8. Dress to conquer ... yourself!
Put on a bright outfit to cheer yourself up.
