The fact is that they wanted to go through their fitness program together with their followers. Sherni, a mother of six children, has eaten up to 69 kilograms and now wants to lose weight to 55, and Julius, weighing 109 kilograms, wants to weigh just over 90 again. "Some time ago, when we quit our old job and threw ourselves into fitness, we decided that we would never speak negatively about anyone and would always adhere to transparency in our activities. We saw a lot of scammers who taught people how to get in shape, although they never did anything according to their own instructions," said Julius.

The couple gave themselves a significant relaxation in a strict diet, deciding to eat whatever they wanted. "We really want to go through our program again. We don't eat a lot just to get fat, we enjoy it," says Julius.

"We are seriously hooked on junk food. On the first day of the program, we constantly talked about how we wanted to eat something harmful and fatty," admitted Sherni.

Sherni also said that after the first four pregnancies, she didn't look very good, to put it mildly, and this, among other things, spurred her to take care of herself. "I looked in the mirror and asked myself the question: "My God, who ate the Cherry?”because I saw myself as an old fat woman, moreover, I felt the same. Yes, it was all in my head, but I was very unhappy," shared Sherni.
