1. Diseases of the liver.
The most common liver diseases accompanied by chronic fatigue are hepatitis A and B, and sometimes hepatitis C (more on the treatment of hepatitis C at https://gepatit24.com/). Fatigue can also be a sign of impaired bile flow, cirrhosis of the liver, and inflammation of the bile ducts.
Other symptoms of liver disease include:
- Pain in the right hypochondrium;
- Jaundice;
- Subfebrile temperature;
- Decreased appetite, feeling of nausea.

2. Iron deficiency.
Anemia or iron deficiency is characterized by a decrease in hemoglobin production. Our cells are less supplied with oxygen, which causes chronic fatigue.
Symptoms characteristic of iron deficiency:
- Strange taste preferences (for example, the desire to eat ice);
- Cold feet and hands;
- Paleness of the skin, brittle layered nails;
- Painful, swollen, or sore tongue.

3. Lack of vitamin B12.
Fatigue is one of the first signs of vitamin B12 deficiency. This vitamin is only found in animal products, so vegetarians are at risk.
Other symptoms:
- Bad mood, tearfulness, anxiety;
- Blurred vision.
- Paleness or yellowness of the skin;
- Feeling of tingling, numbness, and burning in the limbs.

4. Problems with the thyroid gland.
Hypothyroidism is characterized by a lack of thyroid hormones and is accompanied by fatigue.

5. Diseases of the intestines.
In diseases of the intestine, the number of harmful bacteria increases. And when these bacteria die, toxins are released that affect the nervous system and cause fatigue.

6. Chronic dehydration.
Chronic dehydration is not as obvious as acute dehydration, so we often ignore it. Constant lack of water brings with it many problems, including constant fatigue, cravings for something sweet, trouble falling asleep, and poor sleep.
