The famous bourbon producer Jim Beam presented a decanter with "artificial intelligence". He won't tell you about the weather or call a taxi, but he will pour whiskey on command and tell you about alcohol.

The decanter, which, of course, is called Jim, cannot be called a full-fledged voice assistant, because in most cases it will not be able to help you. If you ask him about the weather, he will answer that he does not know, but will advise you to drink bourbon. The carafe's replicas were voiced by Jim Beam's great—grandson, Fred Noe, who holds the post of chief winemaker of the plant.

The company put up a limited batch of decanters for sale for $ 35, and they were quickly sold out.

The decanter is a parody of smart gadgets like Amazon Echo and Google Home. And this is not the brand's first mockery of modern technology. Last year, the company released the Jim Beam Apple Watch, which does not even show the time, but definitely suits bourbon lovers: a folding cup is hidden under the guise of a watch.
