Aquasonic Acoustics is a project by 51-year-old creative computer scientist Mark Fisher that takes the sound waves emitted by animals and translates them into an incredible palette of colors and patterns. Fischer himself calls this "the form of sound". “For me, it’s a kind of photography,” he says, “where the math is the lens and the computer is the camera.” Each such creation should evoke a visual sense of sound. Fisher records the pulsating rhythms of grasshoppers, birds chirping and dolphin calls, and then adds color to the images using special programs. The result is amazing geometric and floral patterns, as if you are looking into a kaleidoscope. Fisher is interested in almost all animals on earth, and in the future he decided to add ships to his collection, which make a huge and, unfortunately, negative contribution to the noise pollution of the world.
