Those who live and work on different sides are not lucky. Every morning they spew the same epithets about the situation on the roads. Benjamin David, 40, was so fed up with traffic jams that he decided to abandon public transport. In the morning, he puts things in a waterproof backpack, puts on a wetsuit if the water is too cold, and gets to work by crawl.

Benjamin works in a beer restaurant on the riverbank, located two kilometers downstream from his house. If you go by bus, it takes at least an hour to get there. And swim, especially if the current is quite strong, — no more than 20 minutes. So a man buys a travel card only in winter. And returns to water procedures in March.
"This is the fastest way, and besides, it refreshes perfectly," says the swimmer. — The population of Munich is constantly growing, the streets are crowded, but in Izar it is not felt. And the panorama of the city opens up beautifully when you swim."
