Loes Hirink is a photographer from the Netherlands, now living in Vietnam. She was fascinated by the life of local street vendors in the capital Hanoi. But the problem was that Loes could not find a good angle to portray the heroes of her works as she saw them - bright images in constant motion. To her surprise, the solution to the problem was waiting for her on one of the many bridges of the city.

Loes rose to a sufficient height to capture the work and life of hundreds of immigrant workers, most of whom are women. They get up at 4 o'clock every morning and ride many kilometers on bicycles, selling fruits, vegetables and flowers. 

Hirink said that it was not easy:
