To spite the marble: the sculptor cuts off the excess from bananas

Do we know as much about the banana as we think? What does a banana bring to our life? Is a banana really better than other fruits, or is it an illusion?

Have you ever asked one of these questions? We are absolutely not. But the artist Steven Bruche from the Dutch city of Rotterdam was still wondering! Moreover, Stephen made bananas not only a source of fiber, but also a source of inspiration and income.

Stephen, in his own words, "draws on bananas", although for some reason it seems to us that he rather makes banana sculptures. Stephen puts all his banana works on Instagram. And there are already more than two thousand of them! We can only hope that Stephen's wife and dog love bananas — they are sure that they are not translated in the artist's studio.
