By Pictolic https://mail.pictolic.com/article/the-worlds-first-edible-christmas-sweater.htmlThe world's first edible Christmas-themed sweater was created by the amazing baker Juliet Sear. It took her more than 50 hours. The sweater pie consists of 10 kilograms of glaze, 5 kilograms of marzipan and a kilogram of chocolate. Ginger base! Everything was done manually.
The edible sweater was ordered by the German confectionery company Dr. Oetker. "When I was offered this idea, I immediately agreed! In such a case, the main thing is high—quality ingredients," says Sear. The model — when the sweater was ready — was Juliet's daughter Lydia.
