The story of a sparrow chick and human kindness

A rare and heartfelt story we found on one of the forums about how a sparrow chick in trouble survived thanks to people.

1. “Once, after a stormy night, we found a sparrow nestling on the ground under our balcony. He was very small, still blind, and at first it seemed to us that he was dead.”

2. “But he turned out to be alive, and we brought him home and put him in a box in our room. We tried to feed him, but to no avail. And when he started chirping loudly, we took the box out onto the balcony.”

3. “He did not stop tweeting for three hours in a row and, finally, another sparrow flew to our balcony - the father of the chick, who began to feed him. Every 15 minutes he brought him bugs and breadcrumbs.”
