Two unpleasant incidents occurred on the same day with the Russian weightlifter Anna Turaeva. The 42-year-old athlete flew from From St. Petersburg via Moscow to her native Krasnodar, and she twice had to endure humiliation and prove her belonging to the female sex to airport employees.

Multiple record holder and world champion and Russian powerlifting Anna Turaeva told about two unpleasant situations in her Instagram account. At first, the athlete was forced to prove when boarding a flight in St. Petersburg that she was not a man, in the presence of many witnesses.

Turayeva had to prove that she was really a woman, as indicated in her passport, and, according to Anna, she did everything possible for this. When they finally believed her at Pulkovo airport, the athlete decided that the troubles for her that day were over. But it was not there. In Moscow, the airport staff turned out to be even more unceremonious and rude, and history repeated itself, but in an even more unsightly form.

Anna had to address the abusers of the airline with a short speech in which she declared the inadmissibility of such an attitude towards passengers.

Turayeva's subscribers supported her in the comments, expressing hope that the perpetrators will be punished as they deserve. The airline has already responded to the champion's post and apologized. Also, the managers promised to look into the situation and find out which of the employees allowed such an attitude to the passenger.

I must say that because of her unusual appearance, the Russian woman regularly gets into similar situations. Almost every flight becomes a real moral torture for her. Anna has to present various documents, photos and even video materials. so that airline employees believe that she is actually a lady, and her passport is real.
