15. After joining the program, Kevin's diet was completely changed. For breakfast, he is now an omelette of three proteins and one yolk with bacon and Spanish onions.

18. For dinner: 200-250 g of protein with salad or vegetables and occasional diet dessert. Kevin is also forced to go to the gym, do housework, do laundry and clean up, and walk for 45 minutes a day.
