The British consulting company Skytrax, which studies the quality of services provided by various airlines and airports, has again identified the best airports in the world for 2016. And for the fourth time in a row, Singapore Changi International Airport becomes the winner of the World Airport Awards.

Russian airports, by the way, were also included in the rating. Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo and Kazan took 53rd, 78th and 100th place respectively. By the way, Domodedovo was named the best airport in Russia and the CIS.

The rating is based on the impressions and reviews of more than 13 million travelers from 106 countries. The study was conducted at more than 550 airports, 39 categories in the service sector were taken into account, including the usability and comfort of the airport, the location of toilets and the language skills of service personnel.
