1. Ping An Finance Center (height 599 meters)
Already this year, the Ping An Finance Center in Shenzhen, China will open its doors to visitors. The project is being implemented by the American company Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). The 599-meter tower will have 100 floors of office space and five store levels. Ping An Finance Center will be the fourth tallest building in the world.
2. Goldin Finance 117 (height 597 meters)
The construction of this skyscraper began in 2008. The 597-meter tower will be crowned with a transparent faceted figure resembling a diamond in shape. Goldin Finance 117 is located in the Chinese city of Tianjin. The territory from the 1st to the 92nd floor will be occupied by offices, and a 6-star hotel will be equipped on the 93rd-117th floor.
3. Tower "East" (height 373 meters) in "Moscow City"
The Russian capital will also be marked this year by the tallest skyscraper in Europe. The Vostok Tower is one of two skyscrapers of the Federation Tower complex. The height of the building was 373 meters. The frame of the tower is already ready, for 2016 there are works on glazing and finishing.
4. Marina 101 (height 427 meters) - a skyscraper in Dubai
Marina 101 is about to be completed in Dubai. At 427 meters, it will be the second tallest building in the UAE after the Burj Khalifa. The ground floor of this building will house the first Hard Rock Hotel in the Middle East. The upper floors will feature residential apartments and a restaurant with a panoramic view of the city.
5. Wuhan Center Tower (height 438 meters) - a skyscraper in the Chinese city of Wuhan
The curved shape of the Wuhan Center Tower was inspired by the sails of architects ECADI. It is planned that the 88 floors of the tower will house offices and a hotel. And the height of the building will be 438 meters.
