Thomas Patrick John Anson, 5th Earl of Lichfield (1939-2005) was an English photographer from an aristocratic family of Anson. He inherited the County of Lichfield in 1960 from his grandfather on the paternal side. In his professional activities, he is known as Patrick Lichfield.
