Shocking Tokyo: the Japanese have in institutions for adults

Polish photographer Pavel Yashchuk (Pawel Jaszczuk) spent three years, attending night sex clubs in Tokyo, and captured everything that can offer the Japanese capital's sex industry to release an album called "Twisted city" (Kinky City). It is believed that Japanese culture is one of the most closed and restrained, it is appreciated politeness and respect for others. Nevertheless, many Japanese visit sex-hotels, private sex parties and bars with original offers for adults.

"Tokyo is a crazy place where you can satisfy all your sexual desires, — says the photographer. — The Japanese are extremely polite, even when they are in such places and situations." In the Preface to the album Natalia Czarkowska wrote that the Eastern people perceive sex not as Western, noting: "Sex, erotica, pornography — it's all part of life, especially in art, is a natural human need, which is not subject to moral evaluation in Japan. What each does with his body is his own business".

"We can't carelessly judge others, we must respect each other much more, says Paul, recognizing, however, that in Tokyo was one bar where he decided not to come with the camera: — There is a bar where the bartender ordered the shit on a plate. Called me back, but I refused".
