What was their surprise when they found 20 small hamsters and 7 mice inside, suffering from thirst in the heat.

Fortunately for the animals, Sarah and Matthew acted quickly. Two Pokemon catchers brought the box to Sarah's house, where they watered, fed and sheltered the poor people. Thanks to their prompt actions, all 27 animals managed to survive.
Later, Sarah handed over the rodents to representatives of the Houston branch of the Society for the Protection of Animals, who named the babies after Pokemon and began looking for new owners for them.
