One user says that the man in the photo simply lost his patience after the little girl argued against him for several hours.

Perhaps that is why the baby's behavior became so unbearable, which pissed off her father. This incident was reported to the police, but the law enforcement officers did not punish the father, as they did not find sufficient grounds for this.
