His photos give us a glimpse into the daily lives of people of the past. Although if you imagine smartphones instead of ubiquitous newspapers, you will see a picture that is not too different from today.
During his time at LOOK magazine, Kubrick took more than 15,000 pictures (most of them were never published), inspired by the people and urban landscapes around him. The pictures below were taken on the New York subway in 1946. Perhaps you can see in them a spark of greatness that will one day ignite into a huge bonfire of the splendor of Stanley Kubrick's films.
