By Vika https://mail.pictolic.com/article/photographer-takes-extreme-macro-photography-of-mushrooms.htmlWhen you walk through the forest, chances are you will see mushrooms with their brown hats, green moss that looks attractive, perhaps even a running deer. But there is a whole hidden tiny world that the human eye cannot see so easily, and this world is truly mesmerizing.
Meet Alison Pollack, a photographer for whom walking through the woods is more than just a way to relax and unwind. Because Alison is deeply passionate about mushrooms and myxomycetes, the items she photographs are sometimes as tiny as one or two millimeters. This leads to spectacular photographs that show the macrocosm of our forests.
