One of my days in a psychiatric clinic

By Pictolic https://mail.pictolic.com/article/one-of-my-days-in-a-psychiatric-clinic.htmlMy name is Nadia, I am 32 years old, I live in Canada, in the city of Winnipeg. This is my day on January 30, 2016.
I have been suffering from clinical depression for the second year. I still don't understand how to write correctly: "I'm sick", "I'm in it" or how. The diagnosis was made by a psychiatrist, I take antidepressants, undergo psychotherapy and from time to time I visit the hospital.
Under the cut, one of my days in 47 photos in the clinic, all photos were taken on the phone, the day is boring, I warn you.

I'm making the first printscreen.

I like the system here that no one is woken up in the morning for breakfast or for medicines. They just come periodically, check availability in the ward and report that breakfast/lunch/dinner is on the table. On weekdays, they try to pull you to some classes that are constantly taking place.

I decide it's time to get up, open the window. I look gorgeous.

This department opened just a couple of months ago, in the summer I was still in the old one, of course, there was nothing there either, but it's much better here, and most importantly, I'm alone in the ward. I opened the closet — I was blown away by the thickness of the door
