We offer you an animated story about how to make... strawberry beer. Yes, yes, strawberry. No chemicals, only natural products! This is the principle that guides the American master of brewing Sam Calagione, who decided to launch a new variety of foam drink at his brewery.

Oh, what a miracle — strawberry beer!

The fruit production company "Fifth Orchards", located in the southern part of the state of Delaware, provides local residents with a huge selection of fruits and vegetables.

"We manually loaded about 60 kilograms of strawberries into this fruit processing press," says Sam – " This berry will make 150 gallons of ready-made beer — for every gallon of beer, fresh juice from more than 450 grams of strawberries will go."

Oh, what a miracle — strawberry beer!

"The press is turned by hand right in the parking lot of a brewery in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Two people work. It's amazing how little these fruit presses have changed since I helped my uncle and dad make wine about 30 years ago. We brewed beer from blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, raisins, oranges and lemons, but I think this is the first strawberry beer brewed here."

"Although strawberries are the main ingredient of this recipe, sorghum is the catalyst for the process. We specialize in the production of gluten-free beer. It seems that our customers are longing for a delicious beer-a novelty. Sorghum has been used in African brewing for many centuries, and we found a sorghum syrup that we really liked: dark, sweet, with a taste of molasses."

Oh, what a miracle — strawberry beer!

"We mix sorghum with filtered water, then we set the pump to pump liquid through a closed system from the bottom of the boiler and back through an inclined pipe in the tank. This action creates a natural vortex effect that helps to evenly mix sorghum with hot water. Then we add buckets of freshly squeezed strawberry juice. A pleasant sweet smell immediately spreads through the room."
