A 39-year-old nudist from Nottingham has set herself a goal: to overcome 4828 km of water expanses as part of the first mixed team within the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge project. The British woman believes that if you really want something, then there are no barriers to the realization of what you want. She has been thinking about a boat trip across the Atlantic Ocean for a year and a half.

The crew members will be dressed in special swimming suits that protect them from wind and salt water. Julie swims naked only during training. Going on a trip, a woman will also wear a protective suit.

Members of the British team are not the only ones who cross the Atlantic Ocean by boat. A 70-year-old Polish pensioner crossed the Atlantic in a kayak, having been swimming for more than 100 days.
