1. Get up early 2. Have a hearty breakfast 3. Exercise 4. Don't drink alcohol 5. Don't smoke 6. Spend a lot of time in nature 7. Don't overeat at dinner 8. Eat a heavy dinner 9. Go to bed early 10. Get plenty of sleep
