Miracle casket: where in Bulgaria can buy anything, anytime
In the Bulgarian capital Sofia there are street stalls basement where the Windows are barely above the level of the pavement. This kind of trade is a unique shopping experience for visitors from more Western countries. And for the Russian people, I confess, these kiosks are already the exception rather than the rule.


These photographs were taken by Flickr user under the name Sograph, devoting his audience in unusual trading culture of the Bulgarian capital. These stalls are called Klek-shops, which literally translates as "shop on the knees."

It sells everything: snacks, cigarettes, Newspapers and any kind of alcohol. Some even offer services for the repair of boots, shoes and pour coffee! And the best part is that these lovely little shops for the gnomes often work around the clock to meet any needs of young people hanging out.
