Minusinsk tomatoes have started a hot instagram

Today, almost everyone has an Instagram account, and it's not surprising that even vegetables have started to start their own pages. The other day, the account @minusinsky___pomidor appeared in a popular social network — an unusual and very active one. The vegetable not only posts interesting photos, but also responds to comments, and sometimes comments on the photos of subscribers himself.

The appearance of the Minusinsk tomato page in the social network is inextricably linked with the traditional event for the city — the Tomato Day fest. During this holiday, dedicated exclusively to tomatoes, gardeners from Minusinsk and other settlements of the Krasnoyarsk region decide which of them managed to grow the largest tomato.

Every year before the start of the event, it is actively advertised on the Internet, on television and just on the streets of the city. But the advertising of the event was repeated from year to year and pretty much tired everyone with its monotony. Therefore, the Minusinsk youth decided to approach the issue "with a twinkle" and created a "tomato" page in a popular social network.

The photos posted on the account are provocative and playful, although they are not included in the risk group according to the rules of Instagram. The creators of the page work incognito and their names are unknown to users. Despite this, the Minusinsk journalists managed to get an anonymous comment from the authors of the project:

This year, the tomato festival has received not only cool support in the social network, but also new dates. If earlier the tomato extravaganza was organized on the third Saturday of the last summer month, now it will take place from August 23 to August 25.
