The apartment is located on the penultimate floor of Trump Park Avenue (a former hotel that Mr. Trump converted into an apartment building). Only penthouses are higher. A doorman is on duty at the entrance to the building around the clock.

Directly above Ivanka's home is the penthouse of the President of the United States. They say there are four bedrooms.

Ivanka has only two bedrooms. But at the same time, all the rooms are quite spacious.

And the total area of the apartment is about 500 square meters.

The living room is combined with the dining room.

In the next room there is a sofa that feels nice to the touch, but the TV is too small.
