On July 29, 2017, the Europabruecke (translated as "European Bridge") was opened in Switzerland — the longest, allegedly, suspension bridge in the world. It was built to replace the old one, which was damaged by falling stones.

Europabruecke connects the mountain villages of Zermatt and Grahen. Its length is 494 meters, height is 85 meters.
