Iran on Instagram

By Pictolic https://mail.pictolic.com/article/iran-on-instagram.htmlThe Islamic Republic of Iran is not a big fan of the Internet in general and social networks in particular. Not so long ago, the local government began to sharpen its teeth on Facebook, Twitter, Gmail and a host of other sites and blogs, and even made plans to create their own government-sponsored internal version of the network. Strangely, the government has yet to get to Instagram, perhaps because the authorities do not yet consider this social network popular enough to be a potential threat. And if you enter the hashtag #Iran in your Instagram search, you will find many photos of the daily life of Iranians and you will be able to appreciate the amazing beauty of this country.
Armed with an iPad, photographer Holly Dagres traveled to Tehran and other Iranian cities, and this is what she saw along the way.

It is located on the Royal Square and is the oldest and largest in the Middle East. It stretches for almost 1.5 km. (HOLLY DAGRES)
