In the UK, the country's first naked fitness classes were held

35-year-old personal trainer and former recruitment consultant Helen Smith conducted one-of-a-kind classes for fans of a healthy lifestyle naked. That is, both the coach and the clients were engaged in fitness completely naked. The lesson, which lasted one hour and included jumping on the spot, squats and push-ups, was attended by 10 people aged 33 to 70 years.

Helen Smith, who is also a member of the organization "British Nudism" (British Naturism), said that the main advantage in doing sports without clothes is that you can see exactly how to do certain exercises, because sometimes because of the baggy sports uniform and you can't see how to do it correctly the same squats.

Despite the complete freedom from clothing, women, for example, are not forbidden to wear sports bras for convenience, and if someone is really embarrassed to perform some physical exercises in what the mother gave birth to, they can put on pants.

Helen came up with the idea of naked fitness classes when she was asked on the forum if she had taught classes without clothes. "I decided to investigate this issue and did not find any information about something similar. So I think I'm offering something out of the ordinary, something that hasn't been in the world yet."

The purpose of the classes is for people to take part in something completely ordinary and everyday, only without clothes.

The classes themselves take place in Southampton every third Sunday of the month at 5 p.m. and cost 8 pounds (about $ 9).
