This amazing project is made in the technique of the 19th century and so not like the "normal" in modern photography. And talks about his author — photographer Yevgeny Savin.

In addition to photography I am engaged in teaching activities at the station of young technicians of the town of Zheleznodorozhny, Moscow region. Giving photography lessons to children and adults.

Due to the nature of my work, I shoot different subjects. And you want to share a rather unusual project, which I called "Photographed playing".

From a technical point of view, these pictures made using macrochelodina process invented by the Englishman Frederick Scott Archer in 1851. With the help of photographic technique and chemical reactions turns ambrotype, translated into Russian from the Greek means "immortal imprint". It looks like a positive image on glass obtained by nitrate of silver.

In the digital age may seem like an odd appeal to this ancient method, but the tactile feeling of the handmade over the was closer to my inner state. And I am grateful to the inventor for these transformations with silver.

How did I come into this? Spontaneously. I don't think I will delay the game for a long time. As models for the subjects of used toys for children in the form of animals, which supply my students.

I think that the project does not end. There will be more photos. How much? I do not know. Why? Probably the way I Express my thoughts and feelings, through the hands to the head or Vice versa.
