Reaching for the rainbow is now real: the small Indonesian village of Kampung Pelangi, which until recently stood in ruins, now pleases the eye with a riot of colors and fancy designs. The transformation project was launched by 54-year-old school principal Slamet Widodo, inspired by the changes in three other cities in Indonesia.
