If Photoshop had a sense of humor

By Pictolic https://mail.pictolic.com/article/if-photoshop-had-a-sense-of-humor.htmlJames Popsys is a conceptual photographer from the UK. His images are described in different ways, but there is one common word - "funny". "I like to combine objects and places to create irony and layering effect in the hope of causing a smile. Sometimes I add a play on words," says the photographer.
"I've never had a moment of insight. My concepts are usually born out of thoughts accumulated over several weeks or months. I prefer to sit on an idea and make sure that it is as convincing as possible before I start spending time on its implementation. I'm looking for contradictions and irony, they usually bring humor to photos," explains James Popsis.
The photographer says that the most creative moments in his life are when he walks the streets and that he has never had a cool idea while he was sitting at home.
