"I want a perfect hourglass": a model with giant breasts wants to enlarge her buttocks

American Foxy Manager, who is addicted to plastic surgery, enlarged her breasts to the size of ZZ, and now wants to increase her buttocks for "balance". She dreams of transplanting adipose tissue from her body to her buttocks so that her lower part is proportional to the upper one.

The 42-year-old glamorous model from Los Angeles, Foxy Managers, turned to star plastic surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif. She told the doctors that she wanted her figure to become perfect.

For the first time, Foxy decided to "improve" her figure after a divorce a few years ago. Now each of her breasts has a volume of 5200 cubic centimeters. This is much more than a regular basketball. Having decided to change the body, the model went to the usual plastic surgery for breast augmentation with silicone implants. However, she was not satisfied with the result.

The woman admits that she has become so obsessed with the idea of having the largest breasts that she injects saline into her implants. In her opinion, she still has a "safety margin" in each breast and plans to increase their volume to 7000 cubic centimeters.

Moreover, despite all the experiments with the body, the model still remained unsatisfied with how it looks.

Now her dream is to enlarge her buttocks. She decided she looked out of proportion. Foxy asks surgeons to transplant fat from the body to the buttocks. Fat transplantation, also known as lipofilling, lipografting or fat injections, allows you to use your own fat reserves to align the contours of the body. The methodology was developed and put into practice in the early 90s.

Doctors categorically refused to do a fat transplant.

Dr. Nassif warned the model:
