How do people who refused to leave the Chernobyl exclusion zone live now
This series of photos shows real life in the exclusion zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant three decades after the 1986 disaster, as a result of which more than 300 thousand people were evacuated. Somewhat paradoxically, the population of the exclusion zone is growing. In recent years, more and more families have moved to villages around Chernobyl, where life is very cheap and you can easily find housing. Many of them are fleeing the war, which has not yet stopped in Ukraine.
