Raj Sarkar is a street photographer and educator. I studied finance and graduated from graduate school with a degree in computer applications, but I am seriously passionate about shooting. He is a member of the In-street photographers collective and lectures on photography at various colleges and institutes. Sarkar has been awarded prestigious photo awards, his works are shown at international exhibitions. The greatest interest for him is street photography and its countless possibilities.

Shooting on the streets is a lack of staging, complete naturalness and uncontrollability of the situation. It is especially difficult to predict in which direction the bird will fly or where the dog will run. But practice and observation help the photographer to turn street scenes into pictures where the subjects begin to complement each other, enriching the composition with depth and interest. Facebook Instagrammer Raj Sarkar publishes his works on his personal website, Instagram and Facebook.
