A truck was carrying a catch from a fishing collective farm in Nikolaevsk-on-Amur to the village of Mago. Not far from Nikolaevsk, on the rise, part of the cargo spilled onto the road. "The rivers are empty now, the bears smelled the smell, went out on the road and ate everything," explained Alexander Shalygin, an employee of the administration of the Mykolaiv district.
A resident of Nikolaevsk reported that the car overturned, and the driver was drunk. He received no serious injuries.
