Apparently, ordinary ocean yachts are already outdated: after all, their owners can compete with each other only by their size. Apparently, this is why strange projects are appearing more and more often today: like a yacht-island with a volcano. And if one can argue about the practical value of such ideas, then the mansion yacht of the American designer Lujac Desautel already has a buyer. His name is not called. It is only known that this is a famous composer.

Its other feature is that the structural elements are assembled like a LEGO constructor.
