Furniture for a doll house with your own hands

Hobbies are very different… For example, Dmitry from Jurmala spends his leisure time making scale models from improvised materials. He makes various items for dollhouses – dishes, furniture, tools and even garden tools – from the most ordinary things that can be found in most apartments. In this collection you will see the best works of the master.

A kettle with a whistle on a scale of 1:10. It is made of the handle of the drawer of the bedside table.

Plywood sideboard. Scale 1 to 10. Dimensions 120x49x182 mm.

Guitar in 1:5 scale

Boxes on a scale of 1 to 12. The overall dimensions of the large one are 63x36x26 mm, the small one is 39x31x23 mm. As a material for the side boards of the drawers and the bottom, strips of veneer with a thickness of a little more than one millimeter from an unnecessary roll of window "blinds"came up.

Carpentry pliers. The length is 20 mm, the scale is 1 to 12. 

Made from the remains of a door lock plate and a nail.

Hanger (on a scale of 1:12). It is made of a chip, broken off from the detached plywood. The hook is made of a spring from an automatic ballpoint pen. The parts are glued together with PVA glue.

It is made of a capacitor with a diameter of 16 mm. The handle for the can is made of a chip from the parquet and a piece of wire.

Garden tools made of a steel strip of tin with a thickness of 0.2 mm from a tin can. The handles are made of wooden skewers for barbecue with a diameter of 3 mm.,

Capacitors of all different shapes and sizes have come up well as blanks for aluminum cookware on a scale of 1 to 12. 

The smallest ones (they are used to make jars for seasonings and a salt and pepper shaker) are dug out of a disassembled car radio.
