The world of ballet has always been a source of inspiration for creative people. Ballerinas become the muses of artists, designers, poets, directors and, of course, photographers. To capture the elusive moments of movement, to consider every aspect of the dance, to convey the incredible fragility of the ballerina and the power of her movements, to study the richness of a simple dress, the grace of pointe shoes, to understand the mystery of the traditions of this culture ... When two such great arts as ballet and photography are combined, it becomes possible that even the stage cannot give the viewer.

1. Exhibitions of photographs dedicated to ballet art are held all over the world. And these are not typical shots from the stages, it is much more - the ballerinas are presented outside their usual world, they dance on the streets of megacities, against the backdrop of famous world attractions and on unknown beautiful streets.

2. Photographer Anna Kupriyanova several years ago decided to create such a project in Russia. After all, Russian ballet is what our country is associated with in the cultural world.
