When he is not busy with his art, he spends time with his wife Katie, two children, and English bulldog Charlie. Solis is always working on something: even if he takes a day off, he still devotes two or three minutes to art.

The Baby Terrors project is the artist's reflection on the idea that villains and hardened scoundrels were once small and cute (or maybe not) children. Solis created a whole series of drawings, imagining famous movie villains as classic little creatures: chubby cheeks, big eyes, and tiny fingers.
