Cruel nature: lions vs Hippo
In these breathtaking shots you'll see a deadly fight between a Hippo and two lions. Driving the Hippo into the river, a pair of lions was waiting, hiding in the nearby rocks for two hours to lure the victim. The outcome was decided in advance...

A witness of this drama was the photographer Andrew Schumann:

Photo: a lion jumped on the back of the hippopotamus, and the second attacked from the front. It was in reserve of Sabi Sands in South Africa.
