Born in Cape Town, South Africa, he has worked on a variety of projects for local and international clients, including book cover illustrations, advertising sets, game concept art and magazine tutorials.
Matte Paintings are large-scale hand-drawn images used in film, television, and video game production to create the illusion of an environment in a frame that, for whatever reason, cannot be captured in real life or reproduced with material scenery.
