The Dutch guys (and, perhaps, girls) who run the Tech Noir blog have amassed a large collection of cinemagraphs - they are also movie gifs. Fans of hovering over movie masterpieces that fit in a couple of seconds should definitely visit their website. But be warned - it's dangerously addictive and completely incompatible with work.
