In 2019, a man registered on Reddit under the nickname Bernie1b17 said that he was tired of being fat and he wanted to change his figure. At that time he weighed 174 kg, he had a huge belly and a large hanging chest.

Two years have passed, and Bernie1b17 has shared his successes. And the way the man looks now is really impressive!

Bernie (it can be assumed that this is the man's name) first shared the results of his transformation in 2020. He posted photos "before" and "after", which greatly impressed the audience.

According to the man, it took him about 10 months to make such impressive changes. In the photo on the left, Bernie weighed 170 kg, in the photo on the right – 110.

But the work on his own body did not stop there for Bernie. He continued to stick to a healthy diet and work out in the gym to see how far he could go.

After Bernie lost more than 70 kg, sagging skin appeared on his body. The man says that the folds of the skin literally had to be tucked into his underpants. But then he decided on plastic surgery to radically solve this problem.
