Britain's largest family celebrates the birth of its 19th child

Parents of a newborn child often worry about how their other children will accept him. But Noel and Sue Radford should not worry about this, because it has become commonplace for them — a 41-year-old happy mom from Morecambe, UK, recently gave birth to her 19th child.

The couple has a successful family business — a bakery, which is famous for excellent pies. Little Phoebe, who was born in just 40 minutes, delighted not only her parents with her appearance, but also 18 brothers and sisters — Chris (27 years old), Sophie (22), Chloe (21), Jack (19), Daniel (17), Luke (15), Millie (14), Katie (13), James (12), Ellie (11), Aimee (10), Josh (9), Max (7), Tilly (6), Oscar (4), Casper (3) and Hallie (13 months).

Although the Radfords consider themselves parents of 19 children, the couple had another son Alfie, whom they lost in July 2014 at the 23rd week of pregnancy. The girl Hallie, who was born after the tragedy, was given the middle name Alfiya in honor of the deceased brother.

Sue got pregnant for the first time at the age of 14. Together with Noel, they decided to keep the child, because both were adopted at the time. 4 years after the birth of their son, the couple got married and soon after the wedding found out that they were expecting a second.

Every day, Noel goes to work around 5 a.m. and works 11 hours in a bakery, where he is helped by older children. Sue stays at home and takes care of the kids. So that the family, for example, goes in clean clothes, Sue makes 9 bookmarks of dirty clothes a day.

It costs $394 a week to eat, including about 10 liters of milk, 3 liters of juice and 3 packs of cereal every day.

In case of a birthday of one of the children, the family has a separate budget item - $ 130 for gifts, and for Christmas from $ 130 to $ 330.

By the way, the eldest daughter of the Radfords has already married and is a happy mother of three children. She and her husband help Noel in the bakery.
