1. Two men tried to decapitate a soldier and butcher him like a "piece of meat" in front of dozens of witnesses before both were shot by police. After the assassination, one of the men spoke to the assembled public, in front of the cameras on their phones, declaring that “Muslims are dying every day at the hands of British soldiers. This is just one of those murders that should be carried out according to the principle of "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth."

2. The second attacker is talking to a woman passing by, explaining to her the motives of his act. Both participants in the crime were not going to hide from anyone and calmly walked down the street in different directions, commenting on their act.

3. Just a few meters from the Royal Artillery Barracks in Woolwich, southeast London, a soldier of the British armed forces was first hit by a car, and then killed with knives in a completely barbaric way.

4. Passers-by say that when two men from the car that hit the soldier rushed to him, everyone decided that they were going to help, and only then realized what these two were doing.

5. The police arrived at the crime scene only 10 minutes later and shot the criminals, who never left.

6. Prime Minister David Cameron interrupted his trip to France to personally investigate the situation.

7. As Cameron told the press, the main thing in the tragedy that happened is to understand what led to this atrocious crime and whether it is necessary to fear a repetition of what happened.
